 Continuous bar milling, or bar conversion, means taking a traditional bar shape and creating a new shape down its entire length. Our bar milling services include not only flat bar stock, but angles, rounds, hex bars, channels and other customized shapes: all can be milled to your exact specifications.
National Metal produces finished products up to 20 feet in length using a series of specialized cutters and fixtures engineered specifically for each bar milling job. Common shapes and configurations for this specialized sheet metal fabrication process include keyways, slots, bevels, steps and milling your material down to a smaller dimension while retaining its original shape.
